Omni Las Colinas Hotel

Tre and the entire valet team at the Omni Las Colinas were outstanding during my three-night stay. Tre in particular was incredibly helpful and made coming and going easy every time. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the rooms are noticeably larger and more spacious than most hotels, which made the stay very comfortable. The location on Lake Carolyn is great, and there are plenty of restaurants and things to do within walking distance. It’s a great spot whether you’re traveling for business or just looking for a relaxing getaway. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Dallas area.

I got my son a room birthday staycation. The staff was amazing! They provided a beautiful snack and bottle of champagne for him. The staff signed a card for him. My son loved, loved the room. The view was amazing. He purchased a massage package and loved it as well as the service provided. Omni is one of the best hotels and I love to stay here. You will not be disappointed. Also, we went down to the bar and Angela was the bartender and she was amazing as well. She had such a beautiful spirit about her. Ok all done!

Fabulous accommodations! Rooms were updated, and lovely with great views. Service was fantastic (front desk and Nick at hotel entrance)). Breakfast buffet was reasonably priced and delicious. Attended a party there and the food and service were top notch! Overall amazing. Highly recommend.

We had such a wonderful experience, and a huge part of that was thanks to Zain at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. He truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. To our surprise, he arranged for dessert and wine to be sent to our room, such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture that made our visit even more memorable. It’s rare to come across hospitality that feels so genuine and personalized. Thank you, Zain, for your kindness and exceptional service. You made our stay unforgettable. We’ll definitely be back!

Great hotel! Great service. The rooms are huge and clean. The two restaurants onsite are fantastic. It has a large gym, a huge resort style pool. I stay here regularly and it is one of the best run hotels ever. The staff is just so friendly in every area too - they say hi, they are so kind! Shout out to Tre, who is the nicest greeter, good bye guy in the business- he treats everyone so well when you’re coming and going! Made my day!

Our overall experience was exceptional. From the valet greeting to checkout, every staff interaction was wonderful. Samantha welcomed me with a warm "Happy Birthday," and I was delighted to find a dessert and beverages waiting in my room. Mark, our waiter and bartender for both nights, provided excellent service. Although it was disappointing that the spa was closed, as that was a main reason I chose this hotel for my birthday staycation, I truly appreciated Samantha upgrading our room to make up for it. We took full advantage of the restaurants, gym, and indoor lounge locations during the winter storm. I highly recommend this hotel for its service, location, and amenities, and I look forward to returning.

I stayed at this location a few years ago for a conference and decided to do a staycation this time around. I chose Omni Las Colinas because I remembered how nice it was and how comfortable I felt--and I'm so glad I did. There are tons of nearby restaurants and activities, which makes the location even better. My return visit was nothing short of awesome. From valet to check-in, the experience was great. All of the valet gentlemen were wonderful, but Tre truly stood out by going above and beyond. The front desk staff was welcoming, my accommodations were excellent, and the hotel itself is still just as beautiful as I remembered. They also had a Valentine's pop-up, which was a really sweet touch. I didn't have lunch or dinner onsite, but the breakfast buffet was good--especially for the price. I also stopped by for snacks on my way up to my room and was pleasantly surprised by the variety of options available. The room was well laid out, incredibly clean, and came with the perfect view. I did experience an issue with the room phone and wasn't able to reach anyone initially. When I went down to the front desk to request towels, I mentioned the issue and was told to dial directly instead of using the phone buttons. My towel request didn't make it up that night, but when I followed up the next morning before breakfast, the towels were waiting in my room when I returned. Overall, it was a great stay, and I can't wait to return. May even try out other Omni locations in the area.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel during a work conference. The staff were gracious and courteous. The rooms were spacious and clean with beautiful views. Excellent food is available in the coffee shop and restaurant. During my flight home, I realized I didn’t have an important item. Mr Olivo, a leader in loss prevention, diligently looked for my missing item until it was found. He promptly expedited delivery to my home address. I would gladly stay at this hotel again.
